I have purchased two vehicles form this dealership. Mark Brownell is an exceptional service technician. Not only is he customer focused, but he is proactive about helping me keep my car in the best possibl Brownell is an exceptional service technician. Not only is he customer focused, but he is proactive about helping me keep my car in the best possible operating condition. He doesn't recommend actions/items just to pad the profits of the dealership -- he truly takes the time and makes the effort to explain what is needed and then provide options to make things cost effective. A loaner car is always ready with minimal driveway wait time. My car is always returned washed and cleaned inside and out. It is always ready at the time promised -- but usually before that time. Mark greets me with a "can do" attitude and smile and even helps me load my items into the loaner car. I would highly recommend this dealership -- and Mark -- to all. More

I went in for a part for my GS 300, purchased the part and realized it was much more difficult to install that I thought. I spoke to a service person out side and said he would help me out.
