Our ‘Guest Experience Manager’ (Sales :) was Katrina Brown & she was off the charts outstanding, no high pressure, 100% integrity & customer service! We worked with her for several months while we decided/waited for exactly what we wanted & what fit our budget and she was extremely patient, gracious, knowledgeable & professional. In our opinion she’s the bright star at South County Lexus and the personification of customer service where they actually care about the customer, not just closing the sale! We also interacted with a few other wonderful staff including Patrick Lustig Jr., Barrett Harlin, Ryan Hanson, Amadeusz Stasiak & Patrick Victoria who were also very professional & gracious so the customer service culture most likely starts near the top, near Mr. Lustig. We live in San Diego and decided to buy from South County Lexus in Mission Viejo for two reasons: customer service from Katrina Brown and an excellent selection Certified cars in top condition. Their selection is far better than any dealer in San Diego county so we encourage anyone in Southern California looking for a Lexus to make sure to visit SCL MV AND ask for Katrina! :). I was hesitant to return for a second term lease as I’ve leased from multiple dealershi My experience with Lexus Mission Viejo has been exceptional. I was hesitant to return for a second term lease as I’ve leased from multiple dealerships in the pass. After speaking with Jason my Internet sale personalle, I felt assured that he would assist me on a new lease. Jason is professional, straight to the point, concise from the start of the process to the very end. Two days before I decided to pick up my new car it was sold to another person (I was too late in giving Jason my intent to purchase in time). He was able to secure another vehicle exactly to the specific that I wanted and more without changing the pricing previously negotiated. The process of turning in my old vehicle and into the new was simple within 2 hours. My old leased had cross bar, without the keys techinain was not able to remove to install on my new car. Jason ordered numerous keys to attempt to unlock the cross bar without Success. He actually obtained a brand new cross bar and it was installed on the new vehicle without charge. This type of guesture makes customer like me stay loyal. It was above and beyond service. I had some issues to the Lexus Remote Apps and the SOS button during set up. Jason was able to get me back in the dealership with assistance from his technician right away. In the mean time Jason also swabbed out a new window wiper blades that were making noise during use. Every step of the way, no matter how small or big the issue or request he was prompt and MADE IT HAPPENED. He has kept in touch with me through the process and was prompt in answering any of my calls, and messages. Thank you. More
