At every turn Asher made us feel we were his number one priority, He created a feeling of trust and exhibited a high level of competence. Even though the process turned out to be long, Asher stayed to the very last moment, just before we left the dealership, He made sure everything from start to finnish was the best it could be. He could have left just after the sale when we went into be with the finance rep and then again when we were with the tech rep who introduced us to the cars features. Hint: Speaking of features be sure to ask to fill out a personalized settings survey before leaving or you will have to return to the dealership to have them set at a later date. Bottom line, we would purchase from Asher and South Country Lexus again, and not hesitate to recommend them to others. More

Amazing Experience! I was looking to purchase my 2nd Lexus after my 2008 ES350 was rear ended. After a long frustrating search, I found a 2018 ES350 on line at South Cou I was looking to purchase my 2nd Lexus after my 2008 ES350 was rear ended. After a long frustrating search, I found a 2018 ES350 on line at South County Lexus. I went to take a look and met Joseph Garcia at the dealership. Joseph was fantastic... professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. We talked about price, features, etc. Joseph consulted with his Sales Manager, Barrett regarding my trade in and the price of the CPO vehicle I liked. Although we did not initially agree on the price, I felt that Barrett and Joseph really worked with me to get the best deal possible. I ended up leaving the car, but could not stop thinking about it and the wonderful customer service I received. This car was a 2018 with just over 10k miles, and it was immaculate! I've been looking the right car for a long time, and they are not all cared for the way this one was. Needless to say, the next day I called Joseph to see if I could look at the car again. He was off that day, but agreed to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. My experience from the day before continued to be epic! Joseph greeted me with an appropriate hug! He had the car ready for me. He gave me some time alone to look it over very carefully. I knew it was MY car at that point. I went in to see Joseph and told him I wanted to proceed with the transaction. He was, again, very efficient and knowledgeable! He made sure to go over every feature of my new car. Like I said, he knew that car inside and out. He set up my Bluetooth, signed me up for SiriusXM, ensured it was detailed perfectly, and more. He even cleared out my personal information on my trade in. I felt very well taken care of!!! He also offered to come to my house to program my garage door. He even followed up the next day to remind me that he could help. However, with his instructions, I was able to do it myself.
