I started the conversation with Steven online and he did everything possible to give me the facts, sent pictures and video and went the extra mile for a buyer out of state. Now a lot of salesmen would have emailed once and let it go, but Steven knew how to help me without being annoying and he walked that line with grace. I never felt pressured or any negative energy. He's a pro. He'll be my go-to there from now on. All was well, (just had an alignment done as I had new tires put on), until we got in the car and started driving home. My girlfriend turned around and noticed water all over the driver's side rear window and all the way down the door panel, seat, and my leather coat hanging up. I dried everything off, but the carpet was soaked to the bone as well. It was raining that day and the day prior, and either they for some reason, left that particular window open going through the wash, or it was accidentally left open over night during the rain. Not sure of either, just know it was completely soaked....Why someone didn't notice this is very surprising... More
