Twee Hayes is the salesperson to work with at SC Lexus! Twee recently sold my parents a vehicle; and they had a wonderful sales experience. There were no games or sales pressure. She's was very patient, forthcoming with her questions to identify what I was looking for in terms of colors and vehicle options. Twee was extremely responsive. Twee was very knowledgeable and never kept me waiting for an answer. Around their closing hour, I purchased the vehicle and the outstanding level of customer service from Twee during the sales process to receiving the keys and having Amadeus walking me through the vehicle's options and connections with the media system/bluetooth was seamless. There were no rush to get me out the door at all. I would definitely recommend speaking with Twee if you are in search of friendly and smooth car purchasing experience. More

Only car I looked at! I went to the dealership to look at a pre-owned car that hadn't actually shown up yet (a new trade in) and since it wasn't coming for another day or s I went to the dealership to look at a pre-owned car that hadn't actually shown up yet (a new trade in) and since it wasn't coming for another day or so, I decided to look around. Matt showed me 2 other vehicles that fit my parameters but one was too long for my garage. I drove the other and in less than an hour I made the decision to purchase that car. Matt made it so easy by providing tons of details on the model and answering all questions I had. I would definitely recommend Matt, Barrett, Brigina and Amadeusz. There may be others too, but these are the only ones I had the pleasure of working with. In less than 3 hours we were out the door with a new vehicle! We wanted a very specific ES350 Ultra--and J.R. delivered!!! Since 2013, my wife and I have had "his and hers" ES350's from South County Lexus, and this is saying a lot since your competitor in Carlsbad is just Since 2013, my wife and I have had "his and hers" ES350's from South County Lexus, and this is saying a lot since your competitor in Carlsbad is just 8 minutes from our house. The entire staff is great, but what is really outstanding is your salesperson, J.R. (Jeffrey) Rawitch. Your dealership owes him our loyalty. Last month, we came in for service on my 2014 ES350. While we were waiting, J.R. walked by and we exchanged greetings. "Have you seen the new ES350? It is a generational change." We went for a test drive while we were waiting for my car to be ready. Never once did J.R. even hint that we should upgrade our car because he knew I was so happy with my 2014. But then my wife and I got to thinking about it and decided I should get a new 2019 ES350 Ultra, with a very specific color (Caviar) and interior (Flaxen). Although your dealership did not have it, J.R. located one at another dealership and now I am driving it. What a fantastic car!
