He was very helpful in finding the right RX 350 for me. He didn't push me like other sales persons normally do, even though I finally purchased a new car 3 weeks after I met him. Instead, he gave me sufficient information to help me make a decision, and he didn't over-sell his ideas so I didn't waste much time. The pricing he gave me was transparent with detalied items/discounts explained. I feel the whole buying process was quick and direct. More

This is the second time, when I called for service, that I received an outgoing message that I should text my request for service and the second time the number on the outgoing message was WRONG. I wait hours for a response, call again, only to find out that the number I texted to was WRONG. You think they could correct their outgoing message so one can text to the right number?! Once is forgivable; twice is NOT! But once you get through, as I said, the service people are very nice and accommodating. There are coffee and sweet treats and water waiting for you. Even a cute little gift shop on site. And they wash your car for free. All you have to do is figure out how to make the appointment! More

They provided a beautiful loaner car, of the same model and had everything done with the car nicely washed by first thing Saturday morning. More
