Fantastic! I was searching Nationwide for a particular car within a particular price range. I was going through a repurchase with GM and had limited information and vague timelines. I had a lot of questions and found throughout my process just how questionable many dealerships were! Some never got back to me, some flat out lied and told me a car was sold when it clearly wasn’t! But I found my perfect car at South County Lexus and it is only because of the fabulous Twee Hayes that it became a reality! Twee was extremely patient, friendly, and always happily got back to me! She more than answered my questions, she sent professional videos and pictures and went above and beyond to help me out even given my frustrating situation! She offered to drive to all the way to San Diego and even picked me up at the train station! Her efforts on my behalf kept this dream car from being sold out from under me and the purchase process was super simple, not at all intimidating or stressful!
