Steven was my salesman and he was very helpful throughout my purchase. He was very friendly and informative about the car that I was interested in. The car that I was interested in was the 2015 Lexus CT200H F Sport. I test drove the car and I knew it was the right car for me. When we reviewed the pricing of the vehicle in his office, he explained everything in detail. I am glad that Steven mentioned the extended warranty that was available. He explained how it would work and that it would bring peace of mind. I decided to purchase the warranty and I do not regret it. After deciding what kind of payments we wanted to do, he took us to the waiting room and offered us complimentary snacks and beverages. We sat down to waited for the finance team to review everything. As we were waiting, Steven brought over my items from our car that we were trading in. He also gave us a recycle bag to put our stuff in. He then took us to the finance office where we met Brigina Brock. She was very friendly and helpful as well. Signing all the paperwork went smoothly thanks to her. After that, Steven was waiting for us outside with the Lexus that we purchased. He helped me pair up my phone with the car and taught me how to use the features on the navigation screen. Overall, my first purchasing experience was amazing! Thanks to Steven and Brigina, everything went smoothly. I felt like I had nothing to worry about. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
