Ms. Twee Hayes worked hard for us. My wife and I were pleased to be greeted by Twee Hayes of South Coast Lexus last Tuesday. We went in to see a 2011 RX 350 we viewed on their website My wife and I were pleased to be greeted by Twee Hayes of South Coast Lexus last Tuesday. We went in to see a 2011 RX 350 we viewed on their website that morning. It was the right color, apparently clean inside and out, and had low miles. Twee was a delight to work with, very friendly and professional. As it turned out, the car was a new arrival and not yet fully inspected and prepared for test driving and/or sale. Thankfully, Twee was able to show us the vehicle. After close inspection, we told Twee that we liked everything about the car and intended to buy it, given it test drove well. However, the fact that it had windshield damage and only came with one master key, were a problem for us. Twee invited us to allow her her one day to get the car fully prepared for test driving and sale and to work on fixing the windshield and a way to get us an extra key. By the next day she had the windshield replaced and also provided us an additional key for a nominal fee. So, within a short period of time all problems were worked out and we are now proud owners of a, new to us, Lexus RX 350. Thank to you, Twee, and all the good folks at South Coast Lexus. More

Steven Suh worked very hard and did absolute all he could to get us the car we want at the very most reasonable price. He also make sure we ewere educated on all the features our vehicle came with before we drive off with the new 2018 RX350. After The Sale. They don't Care About You I worked with an employee by the name of Twee. She was nice and easy to deal work with. My issue is that the uesd vehicle we purchased according to South County Lexus had passed their inspection. Well just one day after purchasing the car I noticed oil on my garage floor. I had an appointment to take it back in and they found out it had a massive tranmission leak. So I thought that since they claimed it passed inspection and that we just bought the car from them they would do the right thing and repair the issue. The used car manager decline to repair the car stating that it was used and no warranty. Really!! But yet you claimed that the car passed inspection! No respectful and honest car dealer would have declined to repair a vehicle they just sold and claimed to have passed all inspection. I do not and will not ever recommend South County Lexus to anyone. Your better off going to another dealer. More

Car buying as it should be! I never knew car buying could be so pleasant, Kamran Shakouri changed my mind about what can sometimes be an unpleasant experience. My husband and I I never knew car buying could be so pleasant, Kamran Shakouri changed my mind about what can sometimes be an unpleasant experience. My husband and I came to the dealership to purchase a used Toyota 4-runner. Mr. Shakouri listened to our needs and showed us two 4-runners that met our requirements, low mileage, large cargo space, smooth ride, etc. after our test drive we decided to test drive a Lexus GX460 for comparison purposes. Mr. Shakouri was extremely knowlegable about these vehicles and was diligent in pointing out all of the features (many of which I had no idea were available.) He was extremely professional and never used any high pressure tactics which I have experienced in the past with other car purchases. He simply allowed the vehicles to speak for themselves. I'm proud to say that are now the new owners of a Lexus GX460. He managed to get us top dollar for our trade-in, and worked with us to get the price we wanted. The whole buying process was easy and flawless. Brigina Brock worked with us on our financing and options, she was very professional and thorough in explaining the various option plans offered by Lexus. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Shakouri. He has called twice to followup and ensure that we were pleased with our new purchase and to answer any questions we had.
