My husband and I came to the dealership to purchase a used Toyota 4-runner. Mr. Shakouri listened to our needs and showed us two 4-runners that met our requirements, low mileage, large cargo space, smooth ride, etc. after our test drive we decided to test drive a Lexus GX460 for comparison purposes. Mr. Shakouri was extremely knowlegable about these vehicles and was diligent in pointing out all of the features (many of which I had no idea were available.) He was extremely professional and never used any high pressure tactics which I have experienced in the past with other car purchases. He simply allowed the vehicles to speak for themselves. I'm proud to say that are now the new owners of a Lexus GX460. He managed to get us top dollar for our trade-in, and worked with us to get the price we wanted. The whole buying process was easy and flawless. Brigina Brock worked with us on our financing and options, she was very professional and thorough in explaining the various option plans offered by Lexus. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Shakouri. He has called twice to followup and ensure that we were pleased with our new purchase and to answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend South County Lexus to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Ask for Kamran, you will not be disappointed, he is the best! More

Katrina is a “Rock Star” Katrina Brown was our sales person on an evening when we came in as a follow up to an earlier test drive. While not ordinarily an internet sales person, Katrina stepped in when our original sales person had left for the day. She did a great job...probably why we purchased the car that evening! Katrina was very knowledgable regarding all of the features of our selected car and treated us with special care. You can tell when someone loves what he or she is doing and her enthusiasm was very welcome and appreciated. She was very patient (even when the process pushed up to the closing time at the dealership) and did everything with such ardor and grace that we left the dealership thinking it was one of the best purchase experiences for a car we had ever had. No matter what you do, buying a car is an involved process, but we were very comfortable and felt that our experience was as important as our purchase. Good job Katrina! Ask for her! More
