My salesman connected me with Daniel Garza, Service Mgr., who connected me with Kristopher Bigay who reassured me it would be fixed and look like brand new again. The repair was completed and when I picked up the vehicle the following day, Kristopher was off but Kyle Harlin helped me, as did another fellow, I believe his name was Gus. After paying for the body work, Kyle Harlin went out of his way, over and beyond, and spent time going over various upgraded features in my new car that I was still trying to get used to. The team at SCLMV is OUTSTANDING, professional and always courteous, from Garrett McGraw, Sales Mgr., my salesman JR Rawitch, to the Service Dept. I also had a minor question for Kristopher Bigay today, left him a VMM, and he returned the call very quickly, answering my question. I can go on and on about the quality teamwork!
