J.R. helps us get the car, options, accessories and price we want and orchestrates a very efficient process from arrival at the dealership to driving away in the new car. Also, we use this dealership because they have an excellent new car inventory and excellent service department that fully meets our requirements. We have closer dealerships to chose from, have tried them, but South County Lexus at Mission Viejo is the overall best experience. More
