The car was even better than I had imagined. Nick was not in the "normal realm" of salesmen that I have been dealing with. He has since called me twice in the last four (4) days of ownership; just to see how happy I was with my purchase or if he could be of further help. This will be my go-to dealership from now on. Nice people who work hard I had an Evap system fault on my Lexus that hadn't been fixed by two places in the Bay Area. As I was in OC for a few days I put it in for repair at S I had an Evap system fault on my Lexus that hadn't been fixed by two places in the Bay Area. As I was in OC for a few days I put it in for repair at SCL, it was obviously tricky but Ronnie (service advisor) and John (technician) got it done, not without a lot of effort, but they did what they said they would do. I was really happy to finally have it fixed again. More
