Lousy Scheduling Service We have always received the best service on all of the LEXUS we have owned. I don’t have any complaints with the people at South County Lexus, my problem is with trying to schedule my appointments. It used to be that I did my scheduling with a scheduler located at South County Lexus with out any trouble and all my questions and concerns were answered during my one phone call. Now with the scheduling done though someone located in another part of the country they were unable to answer any questions that were always answered in the past, such as the availability of a loner car for the period of the service. I was told that someone would call me back to set up my appointment. That never happened. We ended up calling our normal service writer. Believe me when I say that I will never use your scheduling phone number again. More

Buyer Beware ! October 2016 my sister and I were shopping for new cars because then my leased ES250 soon would be expired. I also received a coupon from Lexus for po October 2016 my sister and I were shopping for new cars because then my leased ES250 soon would be expired. I also received a coupon from Lexus for possibility waiver of the disposition cost if certain conditions met. We visited this dealership and met with Mr. Ryan Rice, the salesman. He was pleasant and eager to help. The final deal from Rice was if we purchased (2) GS350 (my sister and I), the disposition charge would be waived. We agreed and paid in full in cash. August 2017 I received a call from Lexus claiming the disposition cost was overdue. I was stunned. My nightmare started from this point on by getting harassments from Lexus, Toyota then collection. I contacted the dealership to resolve the dispute. Unfortunately Ryan Rice has moved out of state. I spoke to Houston Lustig, the Finance guy, basically he washed his hand off. Buyer beware this dealership! One thing for sure my families will not be return customers two years from now on. The experience terrifies me. More
