Above average car buying experience I worked with Bradley, the Internet Director. He found the car I wanted and there was a "no" haggle approach to the sale. A friendly dealership I was looking for a new car for my family and I did a lot of research online, but I was still undecided on which car I liked the most. I decided to go to the dealerships around my area to test drive those cars that I liked. I was very disappointed by a lot of the dealerships for their customer services until I went to South County Lexus in Mission Viejo, CA. The sale consultant, Nick Daramus, is very friendly and professional. He was very patient and explain all the questions that my wife and I had, trying his best to ease our concerns. During the conversation, there was not a single moment that we felt pressured or uncomfortable. That was the only dealership that made us feel like we were welcomed. One thing that was very interesting to me was that I noticed how Nick was very aware of the customer’s concerns and thoughts. When I noticed the car that I was testing had too much mileage on it, without asking, he went out of his way to look for another similar car with less mileage. During the price negotiation, the whole environment in the dealership and with Nick was so pleasant. Not only did I get a great deal, I was very glad that I purchased the car from South County Lexus. If I am in the market for a new car in the future, I would definitely go with Nick and South County Lexus at Mission Viejo, CA again. I highly recommend them. More
