Great experience and wasn't intending to lease a new vehicle I originally contacted South County Lexus to take in my car for service. My 2011 Lexus GS 350 wouldn't start and had some technical problems I needed I originally contacted South County Lexus to take in my car for service. My 2011 Lexus GS 350 wouldn't start and had some technical problems I needed service on. While at the dealership Argirios Dimopoulos, the service representative I spoke with, offered me a loaner while my car was going to be serviced for the next few days. While there, I decided to take a walk into the showroom and Argirios introduced me to a salesman Roger Mehr. I wasn't intending to sell my car or lease a new one but Roger was very polite, patient and knowledgeable about the models. I viewed and test drove the new 2017 Lexus GS 350. It was a very impressive car and had a lot more upgrades than my model. He asked me if I was ready to go back to a new car and I mentioned if we could work a deal on my car and the numbers made sense, then maybe I could get a new car that day. Well, after the normal back and forth negotiation, Roger came back with the number for my car that I was satisfied with and offered me a great deal on a new lease. I could not be happier with their service, their direct approach and ease in this transition to a new vehicle! Roger, Argirios and the rest of the staff at South County Lexus of Mission Viejo was a true pleasure to work with and they certainly earned my business and referral base! Thank you! More
