Service My Lexus RX needed service and due to an unforeseen problem they had to keep it overnight. I did have a loaner which helped a lot. You are escorted to a comfortable lounge with refreshments and given an accurate estimate of your wait time if you chose to stay. When the car is ready the Service Manager meets with you again, goes over the service, addresses any questions and escorts you to your just washed car.
