I told him that I didn't know much about Lexus, other than some positive statements from friends and Lexus commercials. He provided a very impressive explanation of the quality of the brand. He had extensive knowledge about the specific car on the test drive. About half-way through the test drive, David convinced me to buy the car, and I didn't even look at the other 2 Lexus models. I had a chance to talk to David and Alfredo extensively during the process. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.
