But they seem to balance that out with other free services, such as free new loaner cars, snacks, drinks, and top of the line professionalism. I never have "doubts" if the work will be done correct. The place is immaculate. I bought my car here used. I drive all the way from Temecula to get major repairs done here. Evan was my service manager. Very "Spot On". Very willing to accommodate. I think Alice still needs to adjust to the luxury model environment vs the Toyota sales environment, however, she did help us with additional time to put the larger down payment together. I'm sure my 780 fico score was part of that decision. Barrett did an excellent on the sales paperwork process and the up-sell of two additional products. Was not happy that the luggage rack crossbars were missing, felt they could have been thrown in on the deal. Looking forward to doing business with the dealership in the future.
