He is courteous, polite, responsive and compassionate about the situation with our Lexus. He was an excellent liaison for Lexus as this experience with the Takata AirBag was daunting and dangerous to the consumer of any vehicle with that AirBag. I have spoken to other people with the Takata AirBag and their experience with the situation and repair was not nearly as professional as our experience. We also received Gold Service from Drew Jacobson on the day of the repair and the pick up of our Lexus. More
