The Lexus representatives were all friendly and Greg, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable, found the exact car I was looking for, and made the test drive experience very comfortable and informational. He was also more than willing to work out a deal and show me dealership offers and selling price, which was a fair amount below m.s.r.p. There are also two espresso/cappuccino/latte/mocha/macchiato/coffee makers with great coffee too. More

Great Customer Serive on Routine Service on LS 460 Brought car in for normal service at 75,000. Had purchased at dealership with the assistance of Daven Anthony. Daven has been the advisor for my servicing for some time now and he has always been responsive and consultative with me. the mechanic informed Daven that the tires were wearing excessively; Daven called me and informed me of the situation - said he would call tire manufacturer to get a new set of tires and it would be s few days before I would have car back. It took a total of two days and I was given a set of 4 new tires with a modest charge to me. I am very satisfied to work with Daven on my car's services needs and always look forward to seeing him when I come to the dealership. More

Great On-Line Buying Experience I live in New Mexico. I was looking for a 2014 ES350. I found the car I was looking for at SC Lexus. I submitted a purchase inquiry online and was I live in New Mexico. I was looking for a 2014 ES350. I found the car I was looking for at SC Lexus. I submitted a purchase inquiry online and was contacted within a few minutes by Greg Holley. I asked if he would email me their wiring instructions. He sent them along with the window sticker of the car. The next morning - I wired the funds and sent him my DL and Insurance. He was easy to work with and provided me with enough information to make an informed decision to proceed with the purchase (admittedly - I was a little concerned about wiring such a large amount to a dealer I had never worked with before). After reading the reviews of SC Lexus, I was put at ease with purchasing this vehicle without seeing it or test driving it. He even gave me a recommendation for a transport company to ship the vehicle. I saved over $5K purchasing this car from SC Lexus versus the prices in New Mexico. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is buying a car online. They are honest, upfront and very helpful with every step along the way. I will definitely look to SC Lexus for the purchase of my next automobile. More
