The least of his suspected diagnoses was a loose gas cap causing air to enter the system and trigger errors. And after installing the brakes that I needed and standard oil and lube, the report on my engine light scare was exactly that, a loose gas cap. Others might have used this as a means to selling me unnecessary services. I got and paid for the excellent service that I received. Thank you, Scott and South County Lexus. More

Service review This was my first service appointment at South County Lexus. Drew was extremely helpful in explaining their service process to me and kept me informed This was my first service appointment at South County Lexus. Drew was extremely helpful in explaining their service process to me and kept me informed as to how long the service would take. He was also helpful in installing the front license plate as we didn't receive the bracket required for the installation. When the service was complete, they washed the outside. The facility is great because you can see your car being serviced from the comfortable waiting area and aren't left wondering if it went into the black hole and no work was actually performed on the vehicle. This was our first service and it was performed complimentary. More
