Major Service I was able to get the car in when I needed to, obtain a loaner car and wasn't able to get back in time that day to pick up the car. But the dealershi I was able to get the car in when I needed to, obtain a loaner car and wasn't able to get back in time that day to pick up the car. What a lovely professional experience! My husband and I wanted to buy a new car. We loved our Acura RL, but it was getting older and we wanted to buy a hybrid to get improved mileage. We had already looked at several different cars, but nothing really wowed us. We decided to check out Lexus although we had never owned one before. Several of our friends drive them and speak highly of their cars. We walked into South County Lexus and were greeted immediately. We were asked if we needed any help and we explained we were just looking and exploring options. Michael Doss asked what type of car we were seeking. We said we were interested in a hybrid sedan. He showed us the ES 300H, professionally explained its features and then we drove it. We told Michael it was a nice car and we would think about it. In case we were interested, what was the price. We explained to Michael that wanted the final bottom line "out the door" price and would not negotiate back and forth with some guy behind the curtain. Michael came back with a printed reasonable price for the car. We said thank you and left. We went home, did some internet research, realized the price we were quoted was a fair price and decided to buy the car. We came back the next day and bought the car. All the technology and features were carefully explained to us. We encouraged to come back if we had more questions about the car. We've received follow up calls and emails from Michael, our sales person, and South County Lexus management. We love our car and are very happy with the dealership experience. We would highly recommend this dealership. They set a very high standard of service. More
