I bought a used vehicle there but unfortunately before i could actually take the vehicle home it had a mechanical issue. Salesman Rishaud did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and no pressure a could actually take the vehicle home it had a mechanical issue. Salesman Rishaud did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and no pressure as we looked and test drove the vehicle. Finance mgr Adam was awesome in working out a deal being totally transparent on a price that I was happy with. Unfortunately after the deal was done , the vehicle had a mechanical issue so the next day I returned to the dealership and everyone I met with previously was so apologetic and so shocked that this situation had happened. Manager Marcello was so helpful and they refunded my money instantly and were super professional about everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership because of the quality of people that work there. Salesman Rishaud was so caring that he followed up with me a couple of days later just to make sure I had gotten back home as I had driven 4 hours to visit the area while looking for a car. More
This was the first time that I have ever walked into a Kia dealership and let me tell you that off the bat the energy is completely different from any other dealership I have ever walked into. For example, I had sat down with Adam Good and Jose Delgado, they were extremely honest from the beginning and they told me to work with what I knew would be within my budget and even then they both made they went above and beyond and ended up getting me to sign into a lease for my dream car. They did not once make me feel like I was forced to leave with a car that same night, they told me to take my time and whenever I was ready to come back to them; usually when you go into a dealership they want you to test drive and sign papers right away but not at South Dade Kia, they really care about the costumer and their needs. I will definitely be sending my friends to South Dade Kia and I will be coming back to take another lease out with Adam and Jose. More

George Okoth was an outstanding salesman. He was honest and communicated with me clearly during the long wait for my Telluride. The price was fair and I couldn't be happier with my car. I am disappointed with the financing department, however. The day before I picked up my car, the dealership sent me an email with a link to the full invoice for my car. I clicked on it and reviewed the financing options. It clearly showed that I could finance the car at 5.39% for 72 months, which was the option I chose and submitted an application for pre-approval. However, when I met with Marcos in the finance department, he told me the rate was 6.49%. I immediately objected that this was not the rate Kia had sent me through the dealership. He said, "Let me see what I can do" and excused himself. He returned a few minutes later and said the best he could do was 5.49%. I insisted that I be given the rate that Kia had represented to me the day before, which was 5.39%. He then got his manager, who came in an explained that this was the best they could do. I reminded them that, as a practicing attorney for 30+ years, I know that Kia is bound by what it represents as available offers. He wouldn't budge, and said he had no control over the rate the banks offer. He also reminded me of what a great price I had been given on my car. In the end, I was forced to accept the higher rate. It only amounted to $2 more payment per month, but it's more a matter of principle. The manager gave me a Kia umbrella as an apology and offered some free service, but I live in Palm Beach County so that wasn't an option. I asked that he review this with management because there was some sort of breakdown, and as a customer it felt like I finally got to the finance stage and someone changed the deal on me (especially with initially telling me the rate was 6.49%). All of that said, I would definitely refer others to South Dade Kia and recommend they work with George. I would, however, caution anyone I referred to be certain what the finance rate is before arriving. More
