We were having an oil change, tire rotation and a recall done. They told us it was you going to be 3 hours or less and it turned out to be almost 3 and half hours. It seems like there were a lot of people walking around having coffee while paying customer were waiting for their car. We prepaid our services so we have no choice to continue going there.
