A "brand new" car with less than 2000 miles should not have an engine error or stall in the middle of the street! Let me begin with the disappointing "appointment" system. When I called the service dep have an engine error or stall in the middle of the street! Let me begin with the disappointing "appointment" system. When I called the service department and was given an "appointment" for Saturday at 12:30pm, I was never told (nor expected) that there would not be anyone in the service department to actually look at my car! What, then, is the purpose of setting an appointment?!?!?!? The service person said they would look at the codes and let me know... while I was stranded there, since they were "servicing" my car. After a while, he came back and confirmed that no one would look at it until Monday. Well, at least he got me a rental car and I was able to go home. Finally, on Monday afternoon, I received a call from someone else in service. While the service staff was courteous, they could not give me any reason why this happened. Their only answer was that it "was an old code." Really? How can a NEW car with less than 2000 miles have an "old code"? Doesn't that make the situation worse??? Does that mean that when I bought the "new" car, it already had that code in the computer and it was reset so that I wouldn't see it? Did I get sold a lemon? Honestly, not happy and now scared to drive my "new" car for fear that it will stall in the intersection again. I should have stayed with Honda. More
