I had very high standards for this dealer, as it was were I acquired my Telluride in Dec. 2019 and their service was outstanding, until today that I experienced the total opposite with their Service Departme I acquired my Telluride in Dec. 2019 and their service was outstanding, until today that I experienced the total opposite with their Service Department. I was called January 29, 2021 by a Service Representative about a recall that my Telluride had, I said to him if it needs to be done fine, I'll do it, as I was somewhat hesitant due to the 40 minutes drive that it takes me to get to where the dealer is located. The representative offered an Appointment for today February 6, 2021 at 9:30am with Josh Pallo, as they needed to order the part that was required for such recall. Today February 6th, 2021 I received an early confirmation email and text of such appointment giving me the option to check in, which I did thinking that everything has been confirmed. TO my surprise I get there at 9:30am and about 10 minute from this time a representative reaches out to me to confirm my appointment, which he sees it in his tablet but tells me that he needs to check to see if the part is at the dealer since it has to be ordered. He walked to the part center and then walked out to tell me that they do not have the part and that they would have to be order it. My question is, why wasn't I called to be advised that such part was not available, why make me drive if the only purpose of such appointment was to address the Recall, Where is the customer service?, I was the one that was called and bothered to have this appointment to later turn out a total waste of time. It's very disappointing that they do not care about their customers, as all it would have taken was to confirm if the part was there the prior day and cancel the appointment to not make someone lose their precious time. In times like this, that the interaction should be only if necessary. My high expectations are now at the low end, as a dealer that does not values someone's time, sure does not value you as a customer which is the sad that a bad system that is in place and no customer service destroyed what once was the best car buying experience. The only solution offered was to order the part then, but that would mean I would have to come another day and based on this experience it would not be guaranteed that it would in fact be there, but in the meantime, I lost an hour that I could have spent it with my family, 68 miles that I wont get back, gas that I would have to replenish. I was the one that really lost the most, as the things that I just mentioned, the only thing that could be recovered is just the gas that I lost but everything else cannot be undone. They probably do not care as I'm just one customer. Save yourself some time, and avoid this dealer because their Service Center is careless. More

It was a great service. I made an appointment and was greeted as soon as I drove in. I was showed into the waiting area. Thanks for the great coffee selection, and the comfortable seating.
