I am having an issue with the payoff check for my old lease once again. It seems like the payoff check was sent AFTER I brought it to the attention of dealership. The car was turned in on July 29, 2020 a lease once again. It seems like the payoff check was sent AFTER I brought it to the attention of dealership. The car was turned in on July 29, 2020 and the check was overnight to the Kia Finance on Aug 17, 2020. When I went to go speak with Daniel, his response was "I did my job. What else do you want me to do?" The employees at this dealership seem to pass the blame to someone else and not take care of the customer's issue which was created by the dealership. This is negatively affecting my credit score and report due to their negligence. Last time when this occurred at the same dealership, at least the management took responsible for their error and provided the correct document needed to fix my credit report, that alone took 6 months. BUYERS BEWARE!! More
