They PRETEND TO FIX MY CAR. MY CAR NEEDED A THROTTLE BODY Service. BUT IT WASN'T DONE at all. I happened to accidentally left my purse in the car while waiting for my car to be service & it was parked on the Service. BUT IT WASN'T DONE at all. I happened to accidentally left my purse in the car while waiting for my car to be service & it was parked on the side & was never touched!!!! Only engine light was reset!!!! NOT a throttle body service been done!!. When I left the dealer.... My car was shaking could of gotten in a ACCIDENT!! THANK God I made it back to the dealer safely And still the throttle wasn't done.... I had to come back 6 days later. I couldn't drive my own vehicle for 6 days...when I came back to the dealer Customer Relationship Manager named Alberto Sossa made sure it was done & he made me happy. Note to KIA TECHNICIAN PLEASE DO NOT PRETEND TO FIX PEOPLE CAR BECAUSE THATS NOT COOL SAFETY IS A PRIORITY & CAN CAUSE MAJOR FINANCE PROBLEM FOR A BUSINESS More
