Josie's 1st Kia Service Experience This was my first dealership experience so I was apprehensive. It was a good service experience. Abdiel Suarez was very detailed and patient as he explained everything to us. I felt he was honest regarding expected charges and then additional charges as the certified inspection was completed. I did not give the experience a 5 star / excellent rating as I found the charges for replacing the windshield wipers outrages! I was charged for tire rotation but the front, right tire rim was damaged when I took it in and the same damaged rim was in the same place when the car was returned. Did they really rotate the tires?! A car wash was offered and I was appreciative but that was not a washed car that was returned to me. Forget that there was absolutely no vacuuming inside involved! That should not be offered if it is not going to be done. More
