Our Sales associate and Brito went to bat for us and the dealership as a whole wanted to make the situation right and to make us happy. They ended up getting us a great deal on a new suv for almost the same cost as the used vehicle with 54,000 miles. They even offered to buy us food because the paperwork was being worked on and it was dinner time. Manuel even called to see if we had any questions or concerns about our new car.
