However, my mother and I personal encounter of purchasing my dream crossover RAV4 was a memorable experience. Manuel Rodriguez was my sales representative who showed much knowledge of the vehicle and interest in working on what I wanted. My mother had previous purchase a Corolla here at South Dade with Manuel as well; in which she was extremely pleased by. He mentioned many times throughout our conversing in regards to the RAV4 that it was important for me to select a vehicle that I most wanted and he would work on reaching the best numbers out for me. I was taken back by his undeniable efforts to insuring me of his determination in exceeding my expectations. He made my mother and I feel very comfortable and never once felt uneasy about his delivery. When it came to the finance department we were attended by Servio Sanchez. Servio was a true gentleman. Attended us with gracious manners; making our conversation personable and comforting. His interest and sincerity of assisting us with figuring out the best payments were truly extraordinary. I was able to see the quality in his character he took the time no matter how long or difficult the process presented itself; but yet still found the determination to follow through for me as a customer. I would also like to mention another gentleman by the name of Amin Saleh who was a hero for the night in working with my lease agreement payments. He assisted us with kindness and helpful ways for my deal to adapt to my financial abilities. I appreciate tremendously the humidity and comforting ways these three gentlemen attended us throughout my car purchasing experience. From the moment I came in the dealer to the time of leaving with my lovely RAV4 (not to mention, we closed the dealership with both Manuel and Servio in the late after hours) the experience to say the least was a true memorable moment believing in people helping one another. I would recommend this dealership to anyone to experience the genuine treatment of what investing in a product should feel like. Thank You so much for everything!! More

On Dec 2013 I called for information on a new 2014 RAV-4 Tania Pinero was very pleasant and helped me with all my question and invited me to stop by the dealer to test the vehicle. On January 2nd, I traveled from Key West to Homestead to see and test drive the vehicle, at South Dade Toyota,Tania was waiting for me and introduced me to Manuel Morales who was also very pleasant and showed me the vehicle and explained all the features the car has. After testing the vehicle, Manuel Morales explained all the advantages of the extended warranty on the transmission. I explained that to Manuel that I was just looking at the vehicles because I was planning to buy a new vehicle in February. Manuel gave me a quote on the vehicle. After looking at the vehicle, I went to several of the local car dealers in the area to see other car makes and models. After thinking it over, I decided to call Manuel and return to the dealer that night and gave my deposit on the vehicle. To make it easier for me to pickup the vehicle Manuel offered to pick me up at Keys and I would drive back with the vehicle. On 31 January, Manuel drove to the Keys to pick me up & my husband. At the dealer he assisted in processing the paper work to finalize the purchase of my new RAV-4. Manuel asked Roland Tariche to show me how to use the Bluetooth in the car. Roland Tariche was very helpful showing me how to use the to use my phone in the car along with all the other functions and features. Thanks to Tania Pinero, Manuel Morales & Roland Tariche for making this a great experience. More
