Even though everyone says you should never get service done at a dealer as they always try to up-sell and don't perform the service as promised. As a result of Craig Koning I have complete trust. He is a true professional and it is very much appreciated. Caig is always one step ahead in recommending maintenance and knows every detail of each vehicle. Joe does amazing work in the shop as well. I highly recommend you use this dealer for service and ask for Craig. He will be on your side from the get-go. More

Came home and my son saw the finished product and I called Craig to see if I could bring his 2005 Dodge Neon for the same headlight restoration. When we got there Craig ws at lunch. At first I was just standing inside waiting to be acknowleged and then Robert Perez came in and went ot look for Craig - couldn't find him so he called and found out he had stepped out. Robert was so kind and cared about providing service. Both Craig Koning and Robert Perez are most definitely Toyota's example to follow for customer service and satisfaction. More

My wife Beatriz drives a 2003 Camry and I drive a 1996 Camry also. Due to their great assistance we only service our vehicles at South Dade Toyota. I always receive a great support from your Services Advisors and during this holyday times and when the economic situation is a bit difficult in our entire country, I have the complete trust knowing that if any repair is suggested it is in fact needed. One incident that comes to mind is the day in when my wife had a break down at the Florida Turnpike. After contacting AAA for assistance, I immediately contacted your service department advising that my wife was on her way and that I also was in route to say location. Upon my arrival my wife Beatriz was already there, the vehicle inside the shop. My wife had nothing but good comments of the manner that she was greeted and assisted after being exposed to the summer sun for a long period of time. Things like this I never forget. I would like to wish you a Happy New 2013 and through your office extended to the Managers and Service Advisors that comes to my mind at this moment as Mr. Sergio Rodriguez, Gilberto Castro and Michael Williams including the Automotive Mechanics that even though I am not aware of their names I am very positive that have provided the repairs and maintenance preventing future mechanical problems. I bought a 2008 Toyota sienna with 77k miles, I asked if it still had any kind of warranty the salesman and the finance manager said not to worry that it was a certified Toyota . That any problems with it t it still had any kind of warranty the salesman and the finance manager said not to worry that it was a certified Toyota . That any problems with it that Toyota would take care of it but that my van was fine and that there was nothing to worry about. Well I have a $369 monthly payment and 3 months after I have this van it broke down. I took it in to Toyota , I was told it needed a new water pump and the rack and pinion a total bill of $1150.00. And that my van was not certified. I don't have the money to fix it I called Toyota for 3 weeks already every day and they are not doing anything about it. I am very disappointed all they want to do is sell at the moment any not follow up with their customers they don't care in keeping a customer . So beware and go somewhere else where they do care about you and your business. More
“Family owned” “New Management” its all a joke. This dealership is a prime example of all the negative stereotypes of car dealers and of South Florida wrapped in one. They count on you not know what the car value is and take advantage of you because of it. Before you buy a car from them, before you even go to their dealership do a little research. Start with kellys blue book, Edmunds.com and look up the car average paid price. Then go to truecar.com. Compare the 3 numbers. Read through what truecar.com has to say about dealer incentives and pricing. Now the prices and story they will give you will seem like a joke. Then there will be a lot of confusion. They will speak in Spanish if they think you do not know it. Then more confusion. Then a story that the price is so low because of their low overhead. Don’t play the game. A car dealer can do just fine on 3-5% profit. This dealer aims for 10%. Shame on them. When they go out of business…that’s probably the only time you will buy a car at the average price the rest of south Fl pays. My advice, go to Hyundai. The story and price did not change through the buying process. No confusion. More
