BUYER BEWARE!Orlo and the management team are a bunch of BUYER BEWARE! Orlo and the management team are a bunch of scam artist. I had a fantastic deal at another dealership, but Orlo promised to beat the pr BUYER BEWARE! Orlo and the management team are a bunch of scam artist. I had a fantastic deal at another dealership, but Orlo promised to beat the price and had quoted me a number. The only reason I went over there (40 minutes away) was to get the better deal of a lifetime on a brand new Rav4 Hybrid 2020. Orlo has lied and used unfaithful tactics to just get me into the store. Saying things like “I’m holding the car for you but others are interested” I know that’s a lie because you would have sold it not held it. And then telling me the final price was something then send me a paper with a difference price, very sketchy. Anyway, when I get there, Orlo wasn’t even in the store to assist me so I was handed over to Javier (only great guy in there), but he knew the situation with Orlo. Orlo had lied to me to just get me to cancel my deposit that I had in the other Toyota so that he can steal the business. It’s bad customer service and everyone deserves to know the type of business they run. The final price was $400-500 difference and nothing that was agreed at all. So buyer beware, avoid Orlo and this management team. If you must come here, Javier was a pretty cool guy, but that’s about it. They don’t match anything and try to steal business from other stores. This place is very unethical. For now, I’ll stick with my original dealer. More
