One was how courteous and easy-going the sales staff (Marlon, Rolando Tariche, Ayala, and Yorlean) behaved throughout my time at the dealership. Two was that Rolando seemed to know the product inside and out. I changed my kind twice during the selection of a vehicle to purchase/lease and Rolando seemed so at ease as if he expected the change in my choice. Overall I must say that buying/leasing at South Dade Toyota was a contradiction to my previous high-pressure and disappointing car buying experiences. I will return to South Dade Toyota to buy /lease my next vehicle. More
