Service Department not helpful to customer Bought Toyota Tacoma years ago from them. We still own the vehicle. Two manufacturer recalls were recenty issued for the vehicle. We contacted the de Bought Toyota Tacoma years ago from them. We still own the vehicle. Two manufacturer recalls were recenty issued for the vehicle. We contacted the dealership and we paid to have the vehicle towed to dealership (not safe to drive). The dealership then informed us they did not have parts (back order) to make repair however was a mute point because they would not honor the factory recall and fix the vehicle. Sure they will be glad to sell you a car.... But there is no service for it. Beware buy somewhere else that comes with a reliable service department. More
