Personal attention to customer's desires. My 2000 Dodge Dakota 4X4 was flood damaged recently by Hurricane IRMA. I live in the Florida lower Keys which is approximately 115 south of South Dad My 2000 Dodge Dakota 4X4 was flood damaged recently by Hurricane IRMA. I live in the Florida lower Keys which is approximately 115 south of South Dade Toyota. South Dade Toyota was one two Toyota dealerships selected and preferred by my credit union USAA. I chose South Dade because of my phone conversation with Mr. Orlo Perez. I explained exactly what I wanted and he explained the various models and especially the safety features that I desired over the phone plus he emailed me information. He was very helpful to us. Then we met Mr; Perez's co-worker and Salesman, Mr. A.J. Torres. He is a new salesman at the dealership but has years of experience in car sales. A very nice guy. Also extremely helpful and kept good communications with us at all times. And Mr. Torres kindly brought my new 2017 Toyota Tacoma TDC Sport all the way down to my Work place. Perez and Torres are a good team. Yes, I will strongly recommend to people here in the Keys who lost their vehicles to Hurricane Irma to go and talk with Orlo Perez and A.J. at South Dade Toyota. More

Terrible expierence. I wish i could write a great review for them, since i bought my Camry there, but it's kind of hard when they have screwed up so royally. The service was okay except they told me i needed a new radio mine wasn't working correctly, they were supposed to order one back on 8/24/17. When i finally called them about 3 weeks later they said oh you need to bring your car back before we can order the radio, and no one called me i had to call them. Took the car back waited for them to do what they needed, waited another 2 weeks called them oh bring your car in radio is in we were going to call you. Yea right. Got car back radio okay no navigation system they kept the card that reads the system went back, they said had to order one manager, Carlos said he would put a rush on it should be here in 1 week. No , 1 week today is 2 weeks and i;m still without my SD Card. This is ridiculous , They shouldn't have kept it in the first place now i;m having problems getting it back. Or a replacement. Every time i've had to call them, Carlos the manager said he would call me when it came in but they have never called me back on anything else. Today when i tried to call Carlos his phone was full, in other words he wouldn't take the call. What do i have to do to get my SD card back? Small claims court? Better Business Bureau? I hate being a witch , but this has been going on since 8/24,17, and there is no reason for it. Today is 10/ 25/ 17, a long time for same problem. More
