I picked a tacoma xsp.i was appro Must read this. Use caution when dealing with these sales people In 2015 i went to south dade toyota to buy a truck. I picked a tacoma xsp.i was approached by a salesmen who turned out to lack integrity and honesty. We haggled for three day because i wanted to lower the stticker price because i was getting a high interest rate because of my credit. On the third day of negotiations the salesmen integrity was thrown away. He told me if i bought the truck in one year he would refinance the truck to a new car rate and give me a lifetime bumper to pumper waranty. I agreed and was very happy. When i returned after a year for the refinance at a new car rate he brought me to the manager and denied telling me he would refinance the car. So i was obligated to a six year finance and im sure theres no life time waranty. The truck was 40,000 dollars.i get discusted everytime i go there for service .i talked to the upper management and they all sided with the salesmen.i will never purchase another vehicle from them. My son and daughter witnessed the whole transaction More
