I've walked away from dealerships in the past because I felt like someone was trying to put one over on me. But I didn't get that from South Dade Toyota. The salesperson I dealt with, Nadia Roa, was extremely up front about deal; I didn't have to suffer through multiple trips back and forth from the sales manager. I got one price, one offer, and given the market for the vehicle I wanted, it was a pretty good price; it was better than the other offers I'd received from other dealerships. I really liked Nadia, and I liked her professional style; she's why I came back to the dealership. So overall I had an awesome experience here and would recommend her to all my friend and family! More

It was filled with positivity, smiles, and good music! They gave me a colada that was delicious as I waited to go into finance. And also provided me with lunch which I enjoyed.
