The young lady that wrote up my bill was awesome! She wore glasses. My apologies for not getting her name. When I walked in to request someone check my vehicle no one would assist me but her. Service representative, Matthew Nelson, was extremely helpful when I took my Prius in for its 10,000 mile free maintenance.
