Dear Mr. McDougal: I am quite dismayed and very disappointed with your review... To have my business criticized for several things only because we could not offer you an inflated trade in value is beyond my comprehension. We are a high volume dealership with a business model of selling cars for below average margins while still offering market-driven, not inflated (over-allowed) trade values... and have been very success in doing so. Again, I feel bad that you associate not getting what you want for your trade in with being a poor buying experience. Good luck in your search. Mr. Norton: Your response is very wrong. I'm not criticizing your business because you couldn't give me what I wanted on trade. I'm criticizing our business for you severely UNDER inflated trade in values. I was not asking for an over inflated value, I was asking for market trade value, which was LESS than auction value. That's how you are able to sell below margin, you convince people to accept less than actual market trade in value, and stick it to their new car. I did my research, with other dealers, and friends in your line of work. You are the ONLY dealer who tried to pull this stunt on me. I have also spoken to other people who have the same thoughts and feelings about your business. Under trained technicians, poor service work, etc. I don't appreciate you blatantly ignoring everything I stated, and accuse me of slamming you "for not getting what I want". I don't care if you are high volume, xx or whatever. I have been to MUCH larger dealerships than yours and have never had an experience like this one. Especially one where their employees continue to harass me after I stated MULTIPLE times not to contact me again. I don't need luck in my search, just people that aren't dishonest and manipulative. Good luck with you business model, I hope you enjoy continuing to screw people over.

Dear Abbc_90, Since you have not responded to my message back... let me please again. Again my apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you and your family. After investigating things I learned, though, that it was an air filter, not an oil filter that was replaced. Furthermore, even though we repaired a ding and will repair the chip(s) we do not believe we caused them (and please take no offense to my saying so). We do, however, value your business and you as a customer and that is why we offered to do the work.
