Started online contact a few days before the actual Lease. Made an appointment with Taylor, a Sales Rep. We had just a couple of models in mind. The Dealership is in South Hills. The longer ride was worth it in the end. We drove home in a 2024 Kia Sportage on Lease. Taylor was very Knowledgeable. He talked us through the Whole Deal pretty smoothly. He is very respectful. We are Seniors. Taylor is very Young. We were very comfortable with him. Test drive was good. We looked at a few other models sand settled on the Sportage. The Closing Associate, Joe, I believe, was also very attentive and extremely easy to work with. Made us feel at ease and there was never one bit of pressure, which is amazing. Was there twice for simple recalls, first time was two hours and they did nothing, and said they needed to order parts. Second visit two weeks later, my Telluride was there 8 hours, they accomplished on hours and they did nothing, and said they needed to order parts.
