Drove 2 hours for a vehicle I called about, that was supposed to be 55k l, of course they say that isn't correct. Then knowing it's late they send me to finance without telling me if they can get my pay supposed to be 55k l, of course they say that isn't correct. Waited 3 hours because there was only one guy and kept asking if they lowered the price, and about my payments and they didn't want to tell me anything except to wait. Even the finance guy said it's never done that way and I don't know they'd make you wait coming from out of town. The worst experience. More

In all my years living here in Texas this dealership is the worse customer experience I have ever experienced. Called to confirm 2012 Legacy availability drove more than an hour to go out to see it and ma the worse customer experience I have ever experienced. just now NEW Total scam. Had a car listed on their site and on AutoTrader. Called them to make sure it was available before I drove 2 hours. But when I arrived I was told that the car was no longer available because it "had a bad engine." Sure. And that wasn't noticed on the CarFax report or when it was brought in? No way.
