South Motors, I deal with Nicolas Silverio, who is outstanding may I add… However on this latest issue he was understandably out of the office the week of Thanksgiving so I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Pedroso. Daniel is new to this location, and I knew this because I make it a point to familiarize myself with most of the staff where my vehicle is being serviced because it is such an expensive asset. Upon my arrival to the location Daniel was eager to assist in taking in my vehicle and helping me diagnose the issue of the battery needing to be replaced as well as an engine air filter. I dropped my vehicle off the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and picked it up that following Saturday. During the repair, I was kept up to date by Daniel with the assistance of his Service Director, Julio Rodriguez. Julio aided Daniel in making sure I understood everything regarding the vehicle extremely clear.
Once I took delivery of my vehicle on Saturday, everything apparently worked well and I was satisfied. We drove the vehicle home. The vehicle sat in my driveway all of Sunday, and on Monday morning when my husband needed to take the vehicle to work it was completely dead. We were able to jumpstart the vehicle via a traditional jump between vehicles by Wednesday and took the vehicle back to the dealership.
The Service Director, Julio Rodriguez, was still involved in the situation and promised me that we would get the vehicle back on the road in the best shape as car issues are never anyone’s favorite to deal with; especially with us having 3 small children.
Julio was able to assist in making sure the Starter needed for the car was ordered expeditiously and installed along with a new battery. The vehicle repair took longer than Julio expected and I truly appreciate that his staff stayed beyond their regularly scheduled time, to make sure my family wasn’t inconvenienced with having to purchase a rental.
We received our vehicle back in impeccable condition with no issues to date (a week so far)! Thank you Julio and Daniel for a wonderful experience and I look forward to many years of business with your company!!
