My appointment was at 7:00am on Thursday but my vehicle was not looked at until around 1:00pm. I was not advised of this until I called to see why I hadn’t heard anything back yet. My service advisor was terrible at relaying the info from the technician. She said multiple times “I don’t know”, “I’m not sure”, and “maybe “. Those are not phrases a customer wants to hear. She was also very hard to contact. Didn’t respond to numerous texts. Phone calls were sent to voicemail. She forgot to put one of the repairs I’d requested on the work order. When asked if the service recommended was going to fix the main issue I had brought the vehicle in for she said maybe. That makes it very hard for a customer to approve the repair. Makes it sound like the technician is just throwing parts at it hoping it’s the answer. When I picked up my vehicle, the remote start wouldn’t work and it was functioning properly when I dropped it off. The entire touchscreen was inoperable. I came back within 10 minutes and alerted the service manager. We made an appointment for the next Monday. Midway on my drive home everything started functioning properly. I called the service manager Tyler him know. He then tells me that in many cases of the battery being unhooked during servicing it takes some time for everything to reset. My concern here would be that the technician didn’t run the vehicle the appropriate amount of time for the reset to occur, so how did he know everything was fixed? I’ve been coming to your business for many years and this was without a doubt the most troubling visit I’ve had. In the end, it appears that everything has been repaired and working properly, but I will find it hard to trust the process if I decide to use your services again. More

The dealer was on time to change the oil and filter. It was clean, the service writer pleasant and did not take long to complete the repair. The waiting area was clean and had good furniture. South Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge inspected my truck's brakes and pinion. They found both needed servicing and took care of it speedily. I asked them for a 4 wheel drive alignment which has removed the brakes and pinion. They found both needed servicing and took care of it speedily.
