I completed a vehicle transaction at this dealership involving a trade-in on August 8th. At the end of the deal, I was owed money and was told I would receive the funds within two weeks. It has now been involving a trade-in on August 8th. At the end of the deal, I was owed money and was told I would receive the funds within two weeks. It has now been a month, and I have heard nothing from them. Additionally, the salesman was not transparent about the condition of the vehicle I traded in. He claimed it had passed their multi-point inspection with no issues, which was clearly not true. While I didn’t expect the vehicle to be flawless, I was disappointed by the lack of honesty. On top of that, the dealership never mentioned a documentation fee during the negotiation process but added it in at the end without any discussion. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I visited the service department today for my 30K service. As always, Frank provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the day. The service dept lacks time management and customer communication skills. There’s a disconnect in there process. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30am (scheduled appt), and was told it would be ready in 2 communication skills. There’s a disconnect in there process. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30am (scheduled appt), and was told it would be ready in 2 1/2 hrs. I called 6 hrs later to get a status and pick up my vehicle. I was then told it would be ready in 1 hour. I got there an hour later, and still had to wait another hour before my vehicle was ready. Completely ridiculous! On top of that no apology or nothing, they could care less. More
Frank and his service department overall are the best in Tulsa. Been keeping my truck running like new since 2008. It really does pay off with proper maintenance from these professionals. He quite literally held her hostage to try to make her accept a warranty for which he knew wouldn’t cover her due to the fine print. He took a happy day and turned it into a day of strife. More
