I would have written the dealership five stars except for there are Financial Manager. He failed to do his job on multiple occasions even though I was already pre-approved for my loan with another company. I also transferred $17,000 as a down payment within 24 hours from my personal checking. I had to get the general manager of all twice because the Financial Manager did not follow up with me or with my financial institution. Therefore it took 5 days for me to get the vehicle. Again, thank you general manager and salesman that made that part of the purchase easy. More

Brought my 2019 300 in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Just after 3 I received a message that changing the rear axle fluid was also recommended.
