He quite literally held her hostage to try to make her accept a warranty for which he knew wouldn’t cover her due to the fine print. He took a happy day and turned it into a day of strife. More

vehicle with them four years ago and unfortunately the fuel pumped failed. My husband scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 830am. They never looked at it Thursday, they didn't look at it until Friday afternoon with no communication! My husband had to call numerous times to try and get updates. Finally Friday afternoon someone told us what was wrong and asked if they could keep until Monday. We were okay with that, but here comes Monday and they still hasn't touched it. If course we're upset at this point because I'm without a vehicle and my husband expressed it better be ready by Tuesday noon. Well it was ready by noon and since it's my vehicle i went to pick it up. The advisor my husband had been dealing with Tommy was the person I was directed to speak with to get my vehicle. He barely spoke to me, never explained anything to me and immediately pulled out a stack of papers and said sign here. I questioned what I was signing and he spoke(finally words came out his mouth), again he said sign here, I had to ask what's this for and one more time he says sign here and one last time I had to ask for what reason am I signing! Tommy is very unprofessional, not personable what do ever and very rude! Now that I know the work being done was extended warranty work I will not ever take my vehicle back to them, I can go anywhere that is certified to do warranty work. You lost a customer and I will never tell anyone where I purchased my car or recommend purchasing a vehicle from South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Ram because of the way I was treated and because their service department sucks. The mechanic did a good job by the way, it's their service advisor Tommy that treats customers poorly for this review! More

Don't waste your time, you will make an appointment to have your vehicle worked on for a recall they contact tou for and then when you bring your vehicle in thet tell you it won't be worked on till tomorr have your vehicle worked on for a recall they contact tou for and then when you bring your vehicle in thet tell you it won't be worked on till tomorrow but won't call you to tell you they are running behind. Then they schedule appointments for you without telling you and to make up for their idc about my customers attitude they at least hose off your truck. More
Not overly impressed with how my repair was financially handled. I have never been to a dealership where the diagnostic cost was not rolled into the over all cost of the repair was done after the diagnosti handled. This “fee”/ charge was on top of the $2500 repair. I believe this to be a major issue overall. The staff is kind and understanding but it would seem the upper management is looking for profit over customer satisfaction. I paid the fee and for the repair without causing issue but I will not be returning nor recommending this dealership for future repairs. More
