While my husband test drove a vehicle, I waited inside of the dealership. I made eye contact with several employees (including the receptionist, sales people walking to and from their desks, and also manager the dealership. Not one person smiled at me, greeted me, or acknowledged me in any form. It was a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. Once my husband got back from his test drive, I told him about what I experienced and that I did not feel comfortable buying a car at South Pointe. We told our sales rep about the interactions I had while they were away on the test drive, and the sales rep then asked if a manager could come and speak to us. When the manager came over, he never apologized for the lack of basic decorum and courtesy, but instead told my husband “sometimes that’s just the way it is” and “god bless”. It was a bizarre and off-putting experience to say the least. We will definitely not waste time at South Pointe in the future. We did not feel welcomed or valued in any way. More

I have used this service center for the last five years super knowledgeable and best in tulsa area you will find. I cannot think of the gentleman with white hair and the larger frame but he jas been there the last five yeats consistently no matter if scheduled or unplanned drop-off and he has always been knowledgeable and fair. Recently I was helped by Alejandra and they provided the same level of care I was used to at CJD. Could not be more impressed or satisfied with the service center. I can't speak to buying from them as I bought the truck else where but as far as service goes they are the top in T-Town. More
