The sales professional, Andrew, is not very professional. His attitude and behaviors are extremely immature and unbecoming for such a large brand. It is clear he does not care about his customers or doing what is right even if it costs $15 to make the customer happy. The key fob to the car I purchased came apart when Andrew pulled the keys out of his pocket. He fiddled with it for several minutes then asked me, the customer, if I wanted to take a stab at it. I said sure. Well, upon trying to fix the key fob casing, these two small teeth broke off. Now the key fob casing won’t go back together. Again, this was several minutes of trying. I asked Andrew what we could do to make this right. It seems reasonable that I would want the key fob in the same condition as when I decided to purchase said vehicle. Andrews tells me: “it still works!” Well, it doesn’t stay clasped together and cannot go on a key fob ring any more. After my rebuttal, he proceeds to tell me: “you’re the one that broke it!” Excuse me? We wouldn’t be having this problem if the key fob didn’t come apart when you pulled them out of your pocket. Frustrated by Andrew’s lack of professionalism, I asked to speak to the sales manager to see how we can make this right. He tells me the casings can be purchased for $15 on Amazon. I said great, just mail it to me once it comes in. He agreed and I left happy, despite being extremely annoyed with Andrew. Two weeks with the car now and still no new key fob casing. Honestly, Andrew is a sheister and gives a bad name to the car business. 0/10 would I recommend or ever do business with Andrew again. More
