I currently live in MS and wanted to do as much online as I could. Kai was very helpful and provided excellent service. We had most everything done prior to me making the 6.5 hour drive to Oklahoma. The only day I was able to make that drive, Kai was off, but he assured me he would be there and have the vehicle ready for test drive when I arrived. My son and I made the long drive there, and let me tell you the service was phenomenal!!!! Kai not only had the car ready, but had all my initial paperwork ready. We test drove the car, and I made the decision to purchase it. Richie Breaux was our finance person, and was great also. If I find myself in the need for another car, I am going to make the drive to see Kai!!! More
Past experiences with South Point have been excellent. Upon completion I was walked to my car where it was parked so close to another vehicle I barely was able to get in my car. Drove straight home and as always I parked my car inside a climate controlled building where I have parked it every day and night since purchased unless driving it, parked it and noticed a big black spot on hood which drew my attention to the rubber weather strip at front of hood was sticking out of under the hood, then I opened the hood to see a big piece missing and the rest torn. So, I inspected my car thoroughly to find a big scratch on my front bumper and a spot that it appears that an attempt was made to the hide what appears to be where the car was ran into something at the time of repairs. In the truck the top of the fuse panel is gone and a ribbit at the base of the trunk stripped. I call dealership and admitily take pictures as I did just before taking it in for repairs and called the dealership but was told I would have to wait until Monday for a decision as to if the damage occurred during the process of changing the oil and battery. Upset and at a lose and I felt very much underappreciated and told if tech says it didn't happen during repairs then I am just going to be stuck with damage and with the year I have experienced I don't need more added. Almost loosing my daughter this year and my husband lost his sister and her daughter in the tornado that hit Pryor Oklahoma. The children injured and going through several surgeries and the deviation of my daughter spending weeks in ICU fighting for her life and somehow I managed to graduate with my master's degree. The dealership while no issues with past experiences has left me with damage that without a doubt happened during the repairs performed. More
