I scheduled an appointment to have my HVAC condenser, compressor and lines replaced. To have the oil pan gasket replaced. Also, to have the cars programs re-flashed/programmed. Almost 5 full business days later nothing was done, but magically all new things are broken that they "found" while doing a billion point inspection that I did not ask to be done. They also say on the report that they fixed a fuel pump relay that was done like five years ago and working fine. Now I am scheduled with a new mechanic to fix all the things they broke and do the initial repairs I actually asked to be completed. They even did a flash supposedly right before I took the car back with no work done. Nothing changed and all the missing programs are still missing. This place is a joke looking to steal from people. Crazy thing is I already scheduled $3200 worth of work to be completed. Then they wanted more without even doing the scheduled work after a week of having the car. Avoid at all cost. To many other options for service. Robertson is literally right next door. Shane will treat you better. More
