Just horrible service it took a month to get my car out of service for overheating. I received an email notification that the price of the GMC Sierra 1500 SLT stock# NG643080 was reduced. I responded to the email to get more information on the truck and to show interest. I was contacted by James Kennedy, who verified the price of the truck at $55,335, which was the price on their website and the price that James sent me printed on a company document. As we were discussing the purchase price, James responded that they could not sell for the price that I asked, or the advertised price. In fact, they added over $4K to the advertised price AS WE WERE DISCUSSING A PURCHASE. The explanation I got from James was “My GM told me it’s $59K. I didn’t get a chance to speak to a manager & wasn’t offered another vehicle to choose from. I didn’t press the issue as I’m sure there are other dealerships willing to sell a car off their lot for at least their advertised price, but to add $4K to the price DURING negotiation is unheard of. Just informing other potential buyers of MY experience & the type of “business” that’s practiced there. BE CAREFUL & have a great day. More
